Looking for Ball Screen Offenses

Coaches,

I am looking for notes or diagrams on ball screen offenses that you may have for the following situations.

3 out 2 in
4 out 1 in

I have a team with a couple of posts that I want to play at the same time and feel we need to use a ball screen offense at time to take advantage of this situation.
